Excellent service and a great waterpark.
We visited the park on a Monday November the rides where good and no long lines. I and my family were impressed by one gentleman from kenya Ephantias.

In our way there I noticed that my sunglasses where broken he recommended that I could purchase some at the shop beside the pool but I decided the gentleman borrowed me his our to use for the day as he mentioned that he had extra in his locker I keep seeing him around the park and later gave them back almost at the end of the day that was kind of him and humanity at it’s best he saved my day and we will definitely come back on our next trip to Dubai.

I and my family were impressed by one gentleman from kenya Ephantias, we asked him at the restaurant after souvenir shop where best we could stay with our baby stroller he was kind enough to walk us near the children’s play area sun beds near the pool .

so enjoy a day..
We are really grateful for the assistance that she gave us and she deserves a raise!! Overall the other staff was also friendly but the girl named Reyasha made our whole trip lightened and peaceful. Will surely plan a trip back there.

Fantastic park
She helped with all the information about the locker,the information about the fast track and almost everything that made help to us. It was so impressive that she was trying her best to make us understand even using the body language too.
