We have just come back from an Overnight Desert Safari in a vintage Landrover. Great fun and a good way to experience life in the desert. Many thanks to our driver Lionel, who was a great and very attentive host. Good fun also for kids

It was a fantastic, magical experience! Everything is superb - very knowledgable guides and hosts, tasteful camp with great clean facilities; excellent food; intetersting activities and traditional performances (not touristy belly dance or similar, but real emirati ones).
My 6 years old daughter couldn’t get enough of camel rides, she was riding 10 or 11 times!
And for me the greatest highlight is the desert itself. If you stay overnight, go outside, sit under the stars when lights are off and marvel at the Universe vastness and beauty.

Cannot fault this experience. Pick up on time. Seamless transfer to desert and Land Rovers. Desert is stunning. Our guide John was fun, friendly, informative and attentive. Bedouin camp was perfect. Food was fantastic. Entertainment was fun and interesting. Sunrise never to be forgotten. The staff though are something else. Big shout out to Hamsa but John you are a legend!

The staff is very attentive.
Our guide picked us up at the hotel and offered all the support possible for the more than 8 hours of the tour.
The landscapes are absurdly beautiful in the dubai reserve.
Dinner at the Bedouin camp was also impeccable, although the typical foods are quite exotic.

The overnight experience is a must. Once we had a wonderful dinner and night full of entertainment and only the overnight guests remained, John led us on a night walk to explore the desert at night and its wildlife. A nice campfire where we roasted marshmallows and listened to more stories was the best way to cap off the evening.

We watched a falconer demonstrate a fascinating falconry show as we enjoyed the sugary goodness of local mint tea. We then went to the bedouin enclosure for a short camel ride and refreshments, followed by an incredible multi course meal that included the most delectable grilled oysters (with butter and garlic) that I've ever eaten. The local lamb and chicken were outstanding.
